What's included in meal prep service?

Each meal is custom-prepared, individually portioned, labeled with reheating instructions, and delivered fresh. Macro-balanced and built around your dietary preferences. Grocery reimbursement covers ingredients, containers, and delivery.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Weekly meal prep can usually start within a week of consultation. Private dinners book up faster — we recommend 2–4 weeks notice for events, and 4–8 weeks for larger gatherings or holidays.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, halal, and any allergy is fully accommodated. We take food safety seriously — every CFR chef is ServSafe Certified.

What areas do you service?

Based in Orland Park, IL, we serve the greater Chicago area including Naperville, Oak Park, Hinsdale, and surrounding suburbs. Travel beyond 30 miles may incur a small additional fee.

Do I pay a deposit?

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is collected at checkout via PayPal, with the balance due at delivery or the day of your event. Your deposit is applied directly to your final total.

How accurate are the macros?

Every meal is calculated from standard recipe portions and prepared by hand to those targets by an experienced chef. Actual values may vary slightly from meal to meal. Our nutrition information is intended as a reliable guide for everyday healthy eating, not for medical, clinical, or competition use — if you need precision weighing for a specific goal, let us know and we'll accommodate it.

What if I need to reschedule?

Meal prep can be paused or rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Private events can be moved up to 48 hours before service at no charge. We're flexible — life happens.
